Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province announced the list of leading projects for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry and the pilot of digital supply chain in the 2025 "Industrial Empowerment Hundred Scenes". Shandong Ruifu Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. was successfully selected for the list with its dynamic control platform for the entire process of lithium salt new material safety production.

The company has currently built a comprehensive safety production control platform, intelligent equipment operation and maintenance system, and intelligent lean management scenarios that empower the full process safety production of lithium carbonate based on advanced digital technology. For the intelligent safety production process of lithium salt products, based on the existing lean production mode, relying on intelligent equipment, combined with advanced equipment such as CNC equipment, robots, and online detection, a process oriented, automated, and intelligent safety production mode has been formed. By utilizing technologies such as big data, big models, intelligent detection, and artificial intelligence, we aim to enhance the perception, monitoring, warning, disposal, and evaluation capabilities of the entire process of lithium salt safety production.
