Na2SO4, with a relative molecular mass of 142.06, also known as Glauber's salt, appears as white crystals or powder with no odor but a bitter taste, hygroscopic in nature, with a density of 2.68g/cm³, a melting point of 884℃, and a boiling point of 1404℃. It is primarily used in manufacturing water glass, glass, ceramic glazes, pulp, refrigerant mixtures, detergents, desiccants, dye diluents, analytical reagents, pharmaceuticals, and feed.
