1、 High purity and component stability
Purity requirements
The purity of battery grade lithium carbonate needs to reach over 99.5%, far exceeding industrial grade lithium carbonate (98% -99%), significantly reducing the interference of impurities (such as sodium, potassium, calcium, etc.) on battery performance, and ensuring efficient reaction of positive electrode materials.
Chemical and Thermal Stability
It can maintain stable performance in high temperature and high humidity environments, avoiding battery structure damage or capacity degradation caused by temperature fluctuations, and improving the safety and lifespan of lithium batteries.
2、 Electrochemical performance advantages
High energy density
As a key raw material for positive electrode materials, its high specific surface area and low impurity content can improve lithium ion migration efficiency, support higher energy density battery design, and directly extend the range of electric vehicles.
Long cycle life
By optimizing the electrochemical reaction pathway and reducing the occurrence of side reactions, the number of charge and discharge cycles of lithium batteries is significantly increased.
